Departmental Permit Request

Hosting An Event On Campus Need Parking For Guests?

Please fill out the Departmental Permit Request.  

Departments must have a Group Account set up with Parking Services to access this form.  Please contact Parking Services at questions@parking.uoguelph.ca to set up your account.

Once your account is set up, you will need to set up a password.  Click on "Retrieve Your Lost Information"  You will be asked to enter in your email address that is linked to your group account.  You will be emailed a link to set up a new password.  

Once you are logged in you will be requested to provide the following information:

  1. Date of Event:
  2. Quantity of Passes Required (will only be charge for the # actually purchased)
  3. Name of Department
  4. Location Request
  5. Coding (you have the option to pay for your guest parking or for them to provide payment)  

Department Covering Cost:

You must fill in the Journal Coding #.  When your guest use the link provided in your email confirmation, they will be able to login and purchase the reserved permit at no charge to them.  The Department will only be charged for the number of permits that have been purchased by your guests.

Guest Required to Cover Cost:

Please leave the Journal Coding area blank.  When your guest use the link provided in your email confirmation, they will be able to login and purchase the reserved permit.
