If you submit your refund mid-month, it will not be processed until the end of the month.

Important Notes:

Not all permits are refundable.
Qualifying permits are refunded by calendar month.
Cancellations must be received before the 1st of the month to receive a refund.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. This could take 2 - 3 weeks depending on when your request was submitted.
