Compound Hours

  • Compound Hours (8:00 am to 8:00 pm)
  • After Hours (8:00 pm to 8:00 am) - extra fee to release during this time frame

Fees Payable

  • Towing fee payable to the towing company
  • Vehicles Released between 8 am - 8 pm, tow fee is $115.00
  • Vehicles Released between 8pm - 8am, tow fee is $158.00.
  • Each additional day the vehicle is in the compound (effective at midnight) an additional charge of $20.00 is applied.  
  • On site release cost is $62.00.
  • All prices include HST and are subject to change.
  • Vehicles will be released upon payment via cash, certified cheque, Visa or Mastercard only. 
  

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

  • Contact the Campus Parking Services at extension 52118 for vehicle releases or further information and/or assistance.
  • Vehicles that are ordered towed by the University can be retrieved by attending the Campus Parking Services office, Trent Building, Trent Lane. 
  • Arrangements must be made with the Parking Services for vehicle release prior to attending the vehicle storage compound.
  

After 4:30 pm & Weekends

  • Contact the Campus Community Police

    at extension 52245 for vehicle releases or further information and/or assistance.

  • Vehicles that are ordered towed by the University can be retrieved by attending the Campus Community Police office, Trent Building, Trent Lane. 
  • Arrangements must be made with the Campus Community Police for vehicle release prior to attending the vehicle storage compound.
  

Parking Violations

Towing charges do not include payment of parking fines.  Contact Parking Services for further information regarding your parking privileges and violations.
