Can I get a refund or cancel my permit?
Annual and Semester Permits
Annual and Semester permits are refundable. Permit refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis. To get a refund you must return your permit to the Parking Office prior to the 1st business day of the month. All full outstanding months will be refunded (partial months are non refundable).
Annual/Auxiliary Payroll Deduction:
To cancel your Annual/Auxiliary Payroll deduction permit, you must return your permit to the Parking Office prior to the 1st business day of the month. Payroll deduction permits can only be cancelled effective the last business day of the month. Monthly payments are processed on the second pay of the month.
All other permits are non-refundable. Premium Payroll Deduction permits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your payroll deduction plan, you will be require to pay the outstanding balance remaining.
